On June 2, 2025, the Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted delegation led by President of the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The delegation was composed of business representatives from various industrial sectors, including petrochemicals, steel, iron, metal processing, and other related industries. The meeting was also attended by members of the Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including representatives of leading Azerbaijani companies such as Baku Steel Company, Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company, and other prominent enterprises.
During the meeting, representatives from both sides presented comprehensive overviews of their respective fields of activity, export capacities, and prospects for international cooperation. Discussions focused on identifying mutually beneficial areas of collaboration, with particular emphasis on joint industrial projects, technological exchange, and the establishment of long-term business partnerships.
At the conclusion of the event, a Memorandum of Cooperation was formally signed between the Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
